A pinch of bee pollen &a piece of smoked honeycomb

Ingredients

50ml Booker's® Bourbon

5ml Pavan Liqueur

10ml yuzu juice

10ml wildflower honey

30ml coconut water

2 dashes plum bitters

Method

Ice a highball glass so it is chilled by the time cocktail is completed. Add Booker's®, Pavan, bitters, yuzu, wildflower honey and coconut water to a shaker. Add ice and shake. Empty chilled highball glass of ice and double strain shaker contents into the glass. Add enough ice to reach the rim of the glass.
