The next generation of bartenders making bold moves for positive change in our industry is out there and we want to find them. Do you have creative solutions to issues faced by hospitality or impactful ideas that can drive change for our planet, community, colleagues, and ourselves?

Future Positive is the courageous act of imagining a better tomorrow for all of hospitality, from a tiny adjustment to a large-scale overhaul.

One lucky winner will be given the incredible opportunity to expand their horizons with unique stages at two of the World’s 50 Best Bars, a special experience at the 2023 World's 50 Best Bars Ceremony, and an internship with The Blend Global team.
