50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

20ml lemon juice

20ml sugar syrup

6-8 mint leaves

Method

Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and mint sprig in a shaker. Add some ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with one mint leaf, smacked to release the oils, floating on top of the cocktail.
