Spirit In The Chai

Cocktail created by Tim Hoult, for the QLD regional finals of The Perfect Blend cocktail competition, Oceania 2017.

  • Ingredients

    60ml pumpkin chai infused Maker’s Mark® (chai consists of black tea, caramel, pumpkin candies, cinnamon & clove)

    1 bsp bittered brown sugar

    2 - 3 dashes sling malagasy chocolate bitters

    Garnish

    Hand cut ice, orange zest and cassia cinnamon.

    Method

    Add 60ml of pumpkin chai infused Maker’s Mark® into mixing glass, along with 1 bar spoon brown sugar and 2-3 dashes bittered sling malagasy chocolate bitters. Stir down for 15-20 seconds. Strain into old fashioned glass over Hand cut Ice. Add Garnish and enjoy!!
