London Cocktail Week is back!

Some big news for the industry - London Cocktail Week is definitely coming back in 2020 and this year, it will take place throughout the entire month of October. The event has adapted to the current climate to bring people back into London’s best bars, whilst also offering the option of at-home, virtual events.

The team behind London Cocktail Week have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the festival can go ahead, celebrating and supporting the London bar scene, while committing to bolster consumer confidence and support responsible operators.

This year, efforts will focus on driving much needed support and revenue to the venues involved in the festival, meaning there will be no Cocktail Village. There will be £6 cocktail tours, in-venue brand activations and the addition of an at-home element to allow people to experience the event virtually.

In a time of such uncertainty following the COVID-19 lockdown and the hospitality industry feeling the full shock of the virus, the return of London Cocktail Week is positive news not just for London, but the entire world.

Hannah Sharman-Cox and Siobhan Payne, the festival co-owners, feel passionate that “London can act as a blueprint to show other major cities around the world what can be achieved when the industry shows a united front in the face of adversity”

Edrington-Beam Suntory UK is proud to be a headline sponsor, joining forces with London Cocktail Week to get the hospitality industry back on its feet and where it used to be. This year, House of Suntory, Maker’s Mark, Laphroaig, Courvoisier and The Macallan will all be featuring at London Cocktail Week.
