    0.75 part Lillet blanc

    0.75 part Cointreau

    0.75 part lemon juice

    2 dashes of absinthe

    Method

    Rinse a chilled coupette with absinthe and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the prepared glass.
