Before heading to The World’s 50 Best Bars ceremony to crown our Scholarship winner, we sat down in Barcelona with our finalists, Drew Fleming (Isle of Man), Seraphine Afladey (Ghana) and Kyoka Matsunaga (Panama) to find out about their journeys, and what drove them to apply for The 50 Best Bars The Blend Scholarship.
These budding bartenders have each been making drinks for less than three years, but they already have a wealth of knowledge and an insatiable thirst for more.
