Scholars, we’re excited to announce our next round of events across Australia, bringing you the insights around the craftsmanship of our House of Suntory brands HAKU, ROKU & TOKI and the art of Japanese hospitality, Omotenashi.


Event Details

We have six ‘Art of Precision’ masterclasses going live from Monday, 7th November to Scholars in Perth & Hobart; and remaining cities / dates below for your* diaries (as these are not to be missed)!

  • 7th November, 3-5pm at Bar Wa Izakaya, 216-218 Elizabeth St, Hobart, TAS

  • 7th November, 3-5pm at Nippon Bar & Kitchen, QV1 Plaza, 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA

  • 14th November, 12pm and 2.15pm at Kisumé, 175 Flinders Ln, Melbourne, VIC

  • 21st November, 1pm and 3pm at Tokyo Bird, Sydney

  • 28th November, 3-5pm at Shōbōsho prep kitchen, 32-34 Queen Street, Warehouse 4, Thebarton, SA (travel by tram is easy!)

  • 5th December, 12-3pm at hôntô, Alden St, Fortitude Valley QLD

 

Hosted by an industry expert in each state and local Brand Ambassador, each city will have the opportunity for a hands-on experience, practicing the Japanese unique intricate details of ‘craft’ & precision for Scholars to dive into cutting techniques to perfect their garnish and drinks presentation.
