BCB Pouring Digital 2020 kicks off next week

Next week will mark the first day of BCB Pouring Digital, aka Bar Convent Berlin, aka Global Bar Week: a global event uniting the international drinks industry. What does this mean, you ask? Well this year, in light of COVID-19, BCB has gone virtual. Not only that, but Bar Convent and Imbibe Live’s trade fairs come together this year, for the first time ever across one virtual platform to give you Global Bar Week. ​

Global Bar Week is made up of BCB Berlin, BCB Brooklyn, BCB São Paulo and Imbibe Live - giving you four times the amount of access as before. What’s not to love about that?​​

Tickets are free and the week-long programme which kicks off on Monday 12th October until Sunday 18th October will celebrate the people who shake up the drinks industry and unite professionals around the world to meet, share, learn and create a community both online and in bars.​

Where can you join us? We’ve got a special masterclass taking place on the 12th - the Specification of Flavour - where Johannes Möhring from The Kinly Bar and Ménage Bar in Munich will be taking his guests through a journey of the senses. He'll be presenting his guests four cocktails that have no colour, no names and no garnish but each will have completely different taste profile. It will be up to them to try and guess which ingredients have been used. We’ll reveal the secret so that you can surprise your guests with different flavours and texture combinations!​

The masterclass will be released at 2pm CET on Monday but is available to watch until October 18th.​
