BYRDI at Home Cocktail Collaboration Challenge

The BYRDI at Home Cocktail Collaboration Challenge was an opportunity for bartenders across Australia to whip up their own creation using the learnings from Luke Whearty’s five part series as part of The Blends of the VIRTUAL World.

After a tough judging period, with many excellent creations, the finalists for the BYRDI at Home Cocktail Collaboration Challenge has been decided!

These finalists will have the chance to WIN the opportunity to work directly ( social distanced of course!) with Luke Whearty himself to develop their cocktail for the BYRDI at Home Online menu, and receive feedback on their creation.

A big thank you to all those who entered, the entries for this challenge were of a very high calibre and we can’t wait to see how you all use the learnings from BYRDI at Home in the future!
